🌞 Surya Sings to the Dark

When the darkest nights burn, somehow faith can shine. We listen along to a mythic love poem inspired by Hindu mythology and in the void of voids we hear from the celestial God Surya.

No matter how dark our hearts or times feel at times — we all have a choice. And so I invite us to take a pause — and listen — to the struggle of Surya. It may as well just be our struggle.

In this mythic love poem inspired by Hindu cosmology and the quiet longing of the divine. We meet Surya, child of the boundless mother Aditi, as he sings through despair toward something he cannot yet name.

Dedicated to the cosmic union of AR + LH 2025. May it be long, steadfast and benefit all beings!

Poetic Spoiler Alert

In Hindu mythology the primordial mother of all mothers — the goddess Aditi has celestial children known as the Ādityas. Among them, Surya, the Sun God, is the most well-known.

This was a spontaneous lyrical lunch break creation and gift, apologies for the rough rough sound edit 🙏.
